Reply AI is a Chrome extension by Aevon Systems. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
When you use Reply AI, we process the text content of the conversation thread you're replying to in order to generate a relevant response. This data is sent to our AI provider for processing and is not stored after the reply is generated. If you sign in, we store your email and subscription status.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not store the content of your emails or messages. We do not read, log, or retain conversation data after generating a reply. We do not collect browsing history or track the websites you visit. We do not access emails you haven't specifically asked us to help with.
Permissions Explained
activeTab: Required to read the current email or message thread for context. storage: Required to store your preferences and usage data locally.
Third Party Services
OpenAI: Used to generate AI powered replies. Message content is sent for processing but not stored. Supabase: Our database provider for user accounts. Razorpay: Payment processor for premium features.
Data Security
Your data is stored securely with encryption. All communication between the extension and our servers uses HTTPS. We implement industry standard security measures to protect your information.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, email us at aevonsystems@gmail.com and we will remove all your data within 7 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
